After completely forgotting to update this I have a decent amount of things to add here before I go any further.
The interior of the building went through a few variants, unfortunately I don't have screen shots of the earlier versions as I completely forgot about it. The main difference between the early versions and the current version is the lack of the second floor area, originally it was just one big room. This made it feel empty due to the huge amounts of unnecessary open space which lead to the final change of adding in a second level to the building.
This screenshot was taken in the "unlit" view port as the this room is very dark otherwise as I intend to have some sort of player interaction to activate the .
The next part of the map I added in was some power generators outside the map, I wanted to give the building a "dead" feeling, to accomplish this I plan to have these generators as an requirement before entering the building. This area was created by simply pick out the static meshes from the content browser. Originally this wasn't part of my plan for this mod but as I was testing just having the player enter the main building didn't create the atmosphere I intended to create, hence the creation of this area.

Here is a overview of the starting part of my map, although I have dropped the fog significantly as visibility is significantly impaired with the fog level I had.
